These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QueueTV (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
QueueTV is an invite-only tool for personal and small-group use that lets you collect links and media into shared channels and play them back. The Service is provided as a beta: it is offered free of charge, may change or be discontinued at any time, and may contain bugs or be unavailable from time to time. We make no guarantee of uptime, durability, or data retention during the beta.
"Your Content" means anything you add to the Service — server and channel names, links you paste, and comments you write. The Service is built around link sharing: media files stay on their source platforms, and QueueTV does not host user-uploaded media. As between you and us, you keep all rights to Your Content.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service hosts no user-uploaded media files, and pasted direct-media URLs are limited to a curated allowlist of hosts — but you remain responsible for what you add and link to.
The Service connects to third-party platforms — including Google (Sign-In) — and plays or embeds content from many sources (YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify, etc.). Your use of those platforms is also governed by their terms and policies, including, where applicable, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, third-party services or the content they provide.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, contact the operator (see Section 11) with enough detail to locate the content. We'll review and remove infringing material where appropriate, and may terminate repeat infringers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content will be preserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of QueueTV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge during the beta, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the Service (which is zero) or CAD $50.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" note; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your local mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
QueueTV is operated for personal/small-group use during this beta. For any question about these Terms, a takedown request, or an account/data request, email the operator directly. (The address is visible to you on the sign-in screen during beta.)
